Rising rivet nut is a fastener applied to sheet metal, thin plate, chassis, and cabinet. It features two shapes: hexagonal (NZ NZS) and cylindrical (Z ZS). These are pressed into plates to form effectively fixed internal threads. The nuts are designed with specific toughness to ensure the element rises and rivets securely without cracking during the treatment process.
Widely used in metal plates, control boxes, and power cabinets, these nuts only require insertion into the pre-drilled hole of the metal plate to achieve the "rising riveting" operation.
