Aluminum dome roofs are a prefabricated, on-site assembled, fast construction, and construction-quality-controlled cover solution. It is significant for improving the tank's lifespan and reducing construction time. Made from high-strength aluminum alloy material, it features reasonable force distribution, high rigidity, lightweight, large coverage area, low cost, good corrosion resistance, long-term maintenance-free use, and inherent characteristics of rod and thin-shell structures.
The aluminum dome roofs comply with API 650 and AWWA specifications and can be used for very large diameter tanks without the need for intermediate support. The cover design demonstrates excellent resistance to weather conditions, with the ability to withstand high wind loads and snow loads, making it adaptable to various weather conditions.
